Family Medicine - At Gates Family Medicine, our physicians and staff provide preventative, diagnostic, and therapeutic services for wide range of both chronic and acute problems. We provide EKG testing, Pulmonary Function (Spirometry) testing, and CLIA waived lab services within our office.
Addiction Medicine - The physicians at Gates Family Medicine are certified by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (NYS OASAS) to prescribe Suboxone(R) in the treatment of Opioid dependence. Enrollment in this treatment program is contingent upon a number of criteria that the staff of Gates Family Medicine can explain.
